We strive to not only meet our customers' expectations but exceed them. If you are not satisfied with your AAE-manufactured product, you can return it for a replacement or refund within one year of purchase.
All product returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please call 800-523-5471 for an RMA number before returning any products. A return must be received within 30 days of the RMA issue date.

Items returned without defects and in new condition will be issued a credit minus shipping costs and a 30% restocking fee. Cash refunds will not be issued. Credits must be used against future purchases. Credits unused after one year from the issue date will be cancelled. Custom-manufactured products may not be returned for credit.
AAE's guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper installation, inappropriate use, or failure to follow maintenance instructions. If your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time. See our Limited Warranty.
