Throwing Form Systems

AAE's throwing form system is available for both discus and shot/hammer events.

• The system comprises a welded aluminum concrete form with nominal dimensions of 10' x 10' x 6"
• Form includes 2" x 2" x 1/4" thick aluminum angle circles, with circle diameters measuring either 8'-2½" for discus or 7'-0" for shot/hammer events
• The form assembles in two halves and features the Concrete-Flo™ design system grid pattern
• For discus events, there is a 3/4" offset concrete screed line included
• Drain tubes are incorporated into the system to facilitate water displacement into a crushed stone sub-base
