Pole Vault and High Jump Pit Covers
My name is Ken Horton. I coach high jump for Harper Creek Community Schools in Michigan. Our school is not the biggest, but we have 800 students in the high school. We work hard at fundraising and making purchases is something we put a lot of time and thought into. After meeting Jim Knapp at the MITCA Track Coaches Clinic we started to discuss our options for upgrading our deteriorating high jump and pole vault pits. Jim took a lot of time to put together quotes and patiently made sure that we didn't leave any stones unturned to save us as much money as we could. In the end we purchased new top covers and tarps to protect them. It was an amazing decision, and Jim made the process as smooth and easy as could be. My jumpers met the delivery truck in the parking lot and were excited to carry everything in and get it set up. They loved how much better the pits felt and how they didn't get dust in their eyes every time they landed on the pits. Afterwards we went on to have a great season and won our Michigan Team State Championship! Thank you AAE and Jim Knapp for all the help with our successful season.

Outstanding pit...
We have always used AAE for all of our pits. We recently bought a Pole Vault landing system (21'-6" x 24'-0") to replace our old one that lasted over 10 years. AAE makes an outstanding pit, so it was an easy choice to go with them again for our new pit.

Nate Moroz did a great job of assessing our pole vault pad needs and providing a great product for our student athletes.
